  • House Call Travel Fees

    Serving Upstate South Carolina with convenient in-home visits

    House call travel fees for enrolled members are as follows:

    • Less than or equal to 5 miles: No travel fee
    • More than 5 miles up to and including 10 miles: $20
    • More than 10 miles up to and including 20 miles: $40

    The Service area is limited to a 20-mile radius from clinic address in Lyman.

Re-Enrollment Fee

Members who choose to rejoin after canceling their membership will be charged a $150 re-enrollment fee per patient. This fee applies individually to all members, including those on the family membership option.
